- Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver to customers across Europe.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery expected within 3–6 business days.
We work with established international carriers, including DHL, FedEx and UPS priority services.
Tracking updates are automatically sent to the email address provided during checkout when available, including dispatch, transit and local delivery updates.
If delivery exceeds the normal delivery timeframe, we will investigate the shipment with the carrier and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.
