- Processing Time

- Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within 20business days from the date of dispatch, Jestjigset will officially declare the shipment delayed/lost, initiate a formal investigation, and provide a reshipment or full refund.
Following the outcome of the investigation, appropriate resolutions
will be provided to ensure customer satisfaction, including:
Reshipment of the order at no additional cost; or
A full refund of the purchase amount.
All matters will be handled efficiently in strict accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations and carrier findings.
- Delivery Address Requirements
Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information at checkout.
Jestjigset cannot be held responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional delivery expenses arising from:
Incorrect address details;
Incomplete recipient information;
Failure to receive or collect a shipment when required by the carrier.
Where a parcel is returned due to inaccurate delivery information, additional delivery charges may apply before reshipment is arranged.
- Risk and Delivery Completion
Delivery shall be considered completed when the shipment is delivered to the address provided by the customer and recorded as delivered by the carrier.
Risk in the goods transfers to the customer upon physical receipt of the goods by the customer or a person identified by the customer to take possession of the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
